Welcome to South Pointe Apartments! This is a beautiful place to call home. These apartments were built for privacy! When you look out the patio door, your view is of trees, not neighbors! This floor plan provides an abundance of storage and closets for your convenience, too. There are ceiling fans in most bedrooms. Townhouse Style Apartments: You will love the floor plan of this townhome-style apartment. You enter your apartment into the spacious living room. Through the hallway, you will find the large, eat-in kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find sliding-glass doors that lead to your private deck. There is a 1/2 bath on the main level, and a utility room for your washer and dryer. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There are several closets providing ample storage for you. 

Garden Apartments:  Our 2-bedroom garden apartments are located on the lower level, with entry doors on the back of the building.  These apartments have patios, perfect for the apartment dweller who enjoys being outdoors.  These apartments have an entry into the living room and an entry into the kitchen.

We do allow pets! Cats and small dogs are permitted. We require a non-refundable $200 pet deposit, and each pet increases your rent by $10 per month (limit of 2). Your trash and sewer services are included in your monthly rent. Electric and water are your responsibility. We require a $50 application fee to process your application.
