Pet policy
We do allow pets! A $200 non-refundable pet fee is due with the signing of your lease, and our pet rent is only $10 per month, per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed, and we have a 30 lb. weight limit. Check out the pictures and see yourself here!
Application process and fees
We require a $50 application fee. We run a credit check, multi-state criminal background check, and an eviction history search on each of our tenants.
Security Deposit
Our security deposit is the same as one month's rent for each property.
Utilities included? Cable vs. Satellite?
We pay sewer and trash at all of our properties. We pay your water at Bridleton Woods and Rock Creek Meadows. At South Pointe and Verda Vista, you pay your own water and electric. Our apartments are cable-ready. If you choose to get satellite, we require a $100 deposit that is refunded when you take down your own satellite dish.
Washer/Dryer Hookup?
Verda Vista has a laundry facility on-site, and doesn't have washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. At Bridleton Woods, Rock Creek Meadows, and South Pointe Apartments, there are hookups in each apartment.
